Dr. Stephanie Cameron and Dr. Jane Grey have both practiced family medicine in the area for many years. They have more recently been trained and certified in medical aesthetics and are members of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (CAAM). They are committed to ongoing training and the implementation of new technologies and treatments to ensure that our clients will receive the best results.
Some of the medical aesthetic services provided include injectables such as Botox and soft tissue fillers, photorejuvenation and permanent hair removal, microdermabrasion and skin peels, and laser spider vein treatment. Ask us about collagen induction therapy with micro-needling. New October 2009 - Fractional Non-Ablative Laser Skin Resurfacing. Our medical aesthetics technician has taken special training to perform advanced skin care techniques such as microdermabrasion, skin peels and photodynamic therapy, and is certified to operate the light and laser equipment.
In addition to providing consultations and treatments, the physicians supervise the management of the spa and closely monitor any treatments delegated to our staff. This makes us a true medical spa. We have monthly meetings with our staff to ensure quality of service for our clients.
Our estheticians provide services such as facials, body wraps, manicures and pedicures, waxing, and relaxation massage (including hot stone massage). They have been trained to do microdermabrasion and advanced face and body treatments. They also advise clients on routines for home skin care with our specialized products and advise on the choice of and application of our line of mineral makeup.
In addition to relaxation massage, therapeutic massage is offered by our registered massage therapists and acupuncture services are offered by licensed acupuncturists. These professionals add a holistic dimension to the care we are able to offer to our clients by addressing issues relating to pain, injury, stress and even allergies.
PRIVACY
At our medical spa, discretion is our goal. We protect our clients' privacy and all of the staff have signed a confidentiality agreement. Please let us know how we may best accommodate your needs for privacy.
BOOKING and CANCELLATION POLICY
The treatment and services you select are reserved especially for you. Please make all cancellations 24 hours or more in advance. Failing to do so will require payment of the treatment or consultation. Your time is precious and so is ours.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your consultation and treatment. Depending on the treatment, a spa wrap or robe and sandals will be provided. During treatments, you will be discreetly wrapped with only the area to be treated exposed.
For late arrivals we are pleased to offer you the remaining time allotted for your treatment or consultation but your appointment will end as scheduled so as not to extend into the next client's appointment.
We offer some treatments for two persons concurrently. If this is desired, please make your appointments well in advance in order that two therapists are reserved.
SPA AMBIENCE
To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we ask our clients kindly to turn off cell phones and pagers during their visit. Please converse in lowered tones in the Quiet Zone. The spa area is not suited to accommodate children unless the child is booked for a treatment. Alternative arrangements must be made for the duration of your treatment.
REFRESHMENTS
Filtered water and teas are provided. If there is anything which would enhance your visit to our facility, do not hesitate to ask.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Our staff will be happy to assist in planning and preparation for small group special events. The spa may be reserved, if desired, for your function.

TREATMENT TIMES FOR SERVICES
Treatment times given in the brochure reflect the maximum length of time that it will take for each individual service and include time required for preparation and transitions. If 2 or more services are booked consecutively, the total time required will be less than for individual services.
Rewards Points Program
Rossland and Castlegar Medical Aesthetics and Day Spa is pleased to announce our Rewards Points program. Earn $1 for every $80 spent on medical aesthetic or esthetician services and on products purchased. Earn $10 for every client that you refer to us (points applied after the referred client has completed a service with us). Points can be redeemed on esthetician services, and products. Points cannot be redeemed on medical aesthetic services, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, permanent makeup or for the purchase of gift cards.
